TIERRE, A SPECIALIZATION THAT BEGAN IN 1963
For over half a century TIERRE has specialized in the design and construction of mulchers for agriculture.
Aldo Tiso founded the company 60 years ago and led his business towards a specific goal: to produce high quality agricultural machinery for shredding grass, pruning, stalks, forestry and for the maintenance of road edges.
Today we to have 18 product lines specifically dedicated to agriculture with working widths that start from 1 meter and to 8.3 meters.
From 2004, Tierre has expanded its range of machines with professional products for green maintenance.
The typically Italian enterprise features TIERRE and has led the company to design, develop and produce the entire range of its machines entirely in the three factories in Curtarolo, a town in the province of Padua, Italy.
The company has modern laser cutting centres, plasma cutting, automatic punching, robotic welding and electronic balancing of the rotors.
The design takes place with the most modern 3D CAD design systems and the tests of the machines take place on owned land.
All this ensures total control of the production process of the flailmowers.
TIERRE is a company with a strong international vocation with a turnover developed in more than 30 countries.
Since its inception on the market, the company has been able to develop innovative products thanks to its know-how, that has been built over years of experience on the market alongside farmers. Among the numerous patents pending: the double-edged hammer, the anti-clogging wheel and the Adaptive Geometry, which allows to change the shredding chamber of the machines.
Particular construction criteria are transferred to all machines to guarantee cutting speeds at the top of the market. All this is possible thanks to the “Multiaggressive” rotors that combine factors such as the high number of tools, the rotation speed and the large cutting diameter.
All the components used for the construction of our products are of a high quality standard, in order to guarantee the reliability of the products over time.
