Nardi's history is made up of a constant and continuous series of innovations that have followed one another for more than 125 years.

Nardi was founded in 1895 with the first reversible plow produced in Italy marketed by the founder Francesco Nardi up to a wide range of products, including the Delfino plow specifically designed for areas of the world at risk of desertification.

A remarkable entrepreneurial mentality has allowed Nardi to establish itself in an international context with the Group increasingly committed to consolidating a branched sales network, accepting and implementing new challenges, both in terms of technical innovation and social and environmental responsibility.

After having achieved leadership in the domestic market, growth and consequent commercial penetration abroad have been a continuous success. Nardi has always actively contributed to the mechanization of agriculture through participation in large international projects including: Libya (1930), Somalia (1936), Albania (1938), USSR (1958), Yugoslavia (1958), Greece ( 1960), Zaire (1965), Hungary (1968), Egypt (1970), Tanzania (1971), Tunisia (1972), Iraq (1976), Nigeria (1978), Ethiopia (1985), Morocco (1988), Peru and Nicaragua (1989) China (2008), Iraq (2009), Afghanistan (2010), Angola (2012), Georgia (2013), Sudan (2015), Eritrea (2018).

Another strong point is the creation of turnkey projects ranging from the feasibility study to the supply of tools with fielding and technical training.

Thanks therefore to the continuous innovation and expansion of its presence in the domestic and global markets, Nardi can today be considered one of the major specialized manufacturers in the agricultural machinery sector.

Today Nardi operates in more than 100 countries around the world with ever greater attention to technology at the service of professionals and to after-sales services. “Implements for professional farming” is the slogan that has accompanied the industrial group for years now, including an increasingly wider range of products for professional farming, from plows to sprayers, through cultivators, harrows, disc ploughs, fertilizer spreaders, hoes and seeders.

The tools cover a power range from 30 to 500 Hp and have a level of technical complexity suitable for very different needs and contexts.

Distribution in Italy and throughout the world is guaranteed by a widespread network of authorized distributors and resellers, who can guarantee after-sales services and availability of spare parts in real time.

The production plant is located in Selci-Lama (Perugia), Italy and covers an area of 45,000 square meters.
