Fruipick A Series
• Shaker machine for mechanical harvesting of olives and hanging fruits, for front application on tractors with loader, crawler with bulldozer, skid loader or other applications.
FEATURES AND STANDARD EQUIPMENT
• Machine applicable from the front to tractors, telescopic handlers and/or similar machinery which, by shaking the tree, allows the harvesting of olives, walnuts, plums and any similar hanging fruit
• Operation via independent hydraulic system complete with piston pump with variable flow rate and heat exchanger kit, or via hydraulic system of the tractor/machine in which it is applied (hydraulic system minimum flow rate 100 litres/min. and 250 BAR pressure required)
• Movements and adjustments activated by the operator via manipulator with proportional speed system:
• right-left and up-down movement of the vibrating head-supporting arm
• extension of the vibrating head-supporting arm (with adjustable anti-wear system)
• rotation (+/- 65°) and inclination (up-down) of the vibrating head gripped on the trunk or branch of the tree, and vibration with double rotation direction
• Second grip that is activated automatically at the same time as the vibration, to avoid abrasions to the shaft.
• Possibility of varying the vibration frequency
• Provision for application of product interceptor (umbrella)
• Cardan joint
