The MIRA-3 is a versatile road repair solution designed to handle the entire patching process efficiently. This complex comprises three essential machines:
1. Infrared Heaters: Prepares the repair area by heating and softening the existing asphalt, making it easier to apply new material.
2. Mini Recycler: Regenerates bituminous asphalt, allowing the use of recycled asphalt directly on site, reducing costs and improving sustainability.
3. Emulsion Sprayer: Manual applicator for distributing bituminous emulsions, essential for enriching and waterproofing the repaired surface.
The MIRA-3 allows for a complete asphalt repair cycle, ideal for small jobs such as repairing cracks, seams and holes. It is equipped with a winch system to adjust the height of the infrared heaters and can be mounted on a single or double axle trailer, offering great maneuverability.
