The REV (or turn-ear) Reversible Plough series has been designed to plough the ground in both directions, avoiding complex manoeuvres at the end of the field. After completing a pass, the plough can be hydraulically overturned to resume ploughing in the opposite direction, keeping the ground always facing the same side. This system allows for efficient and rapid ploughing, avoiding the formation of alternating furrows and improving the quality of the work. It is particularly useful for reducing operating times and ensuring uniform ploughing, especially on long or irregular plots. All our ASI REV ploughs are designed with a non-stop hydraulic system that allows the implement to overcome obstacles without interrupting work. The system uses two external hydraulic pistons that, in the event of a collision with an obstacle, allow the structure to close and lift the anchor by approximately 50 cm, preventing damage to the anchor and allowing for rapid resumption of work once the obstacle has been overcome. The system can work at a depth of about 50 cm and maintains an average hydraulic pressure between 80 and 100 bar, ensuring efficiency and protection. Available in the ASI REV FS variants (for Out of Furrow work) with working depth of 40 and 50 (in cm), hydraulic beading and shock-absorbed frame to make semi-curves to the right and left when ploughing, adjustable anchor pressure, for tractors from 120 to 280 HP and in the ASI REV DS variant (for In-Furrow work), with working depth of 40 cm, for tractors from 140 to 220 HP, and working depth of 50 cm, for tractors from 180 to 280 HP.
