The MIRA-3 mobile patching complex allows two operators to work and manage the road patching process. This device includes: INFRARED ASPHALT HEATERS for the preparation of the required area, MINI RECYCLER for the regeneration of bituminous bitumen and ASPHALT Atomizer for bituminous emulsions. Provides a full cycle of asphalt repair technology using infrared heating.
It is a robust self-contained device with a mechanical or electric winch system (customer's choice) that allows you to lower and adjust the height of the infrared heaters. Recommended for small jobs. Ideal for repairing seams, cracks, holes. It is mounted on a single-axle or two-axle trailer using a special mount.
The technology includes the following steps:
Heat the road map surface and scarify with a rake
Adding fresh asphalt from the recycler
Enrichment with bituminous emulsion using a manual sprayer
Compaction of the repaired area with a plate or vibrating roller
