Consumption and absorption are reduced (compared to other types of mulchers) by over 50%.
The oil bath gear transmission gives this machine a silence that no other type of shredder has and reduced maintenance to just checking the oil level.
The tractor accelerator use regime goes from 1200 to 1400 rpm, being more than sufficient for both the torque and the rotation speed of the chain to shred everything.
This allows a power absorption of 50% compared to all other types of shredders and also a reduced consumption of over 50% compared to other shredders. Thus the CO2 (carbon dioxide) emissions and consequently the fuel consumption are just 30% compared to other shredding systems as a result of the addition of the lower absorbed power and the lower usage regime.
The chain shredder mod. KT175 is not subject to the flooding phenomenon present in all other types of shredders when proceeding with an excessive forward speed. The reason is very simple: the distance between the shredding parts is very large, which allows a lot of "unloading", that is, the escape of the shredded material.
The working width is almost equal to the overall dimensions, having the transmission at the center of the machine and not laterally, allowing it to get very close to obstacles and also not to receive any damage from involuntary lateral impacts of the tool with stones or other things.
The attachment to the tractor is equipped with slotted attachments to allow the machine to follow the lateral differences in level of the ground and not the wheels of the tractor.
The same stone present is largely broken by the action of the chains.
Another highly appreciated feature is the possibility of being able to work both forward and reverse without any problem.
The shredded material that remains in the ground after the work carried out by the chain shredder mod. KT175 is very finely chopped and deteriorates rapidly due to the action of bacteria and microorganisms present in the soil and constitutes an excellent plant amendment.
