The tractor accelerator speed ranges from 1200 to 1400 rpm, which is more than sufficient for both the torque and the rotation speed of the chain to shred everything.
This allows a power absorption of 50% compared to all other types of shredders and also a reduced consumption of over 50% compared to other shredders. Thus, CO2 (carbon dioxide) emissions and consequently fuel consumption are just 30% compared to other shredding systems as a result of the combination of lower absorbed power and lower usage regime.
The GP200 chain shredder is not subject to the clogging phenomenon present in all other types of shredders when proceeding at an excessive forward speed. The reason is very
simple: the distance between the shredding parts is very large, allowing a lot of "discharge", i.e. the escape of the shredded material.
The working width almost equal to the overall dimensions, having the transmission at the center of the machine and not laterally, allows you to get very close to obstacles and also not receive any damage from involuntary lateral impacts of the tool with stones or other.
The attachment to the tractor is equipped with slotted attachments to allow the machine to follow the lateral differences in level of the ground and not the wheels of the tractor.
The same stone present is largely broken by the action of the chains.
Another highly appreciated feature is the possibility of working both forward and reverse without any problem.
The shredded material that remains in the ground after the work carried out by the chain shredder mod. GP200 is very finely chopped and deteriorates rapidly due to the action of bacteria and microorganisms present in the soil and constitutes an excellent plant improver.
