The MKD shredders, designed for tractors with lift and rear and front PTO, are multipurpose machines intended for green maintenance professionals. Therefore, the design paid particular attention to the details that distinguish a professional machine from a simple shredder. The rotor benefits from the helical arrangement of the cutting tools to evenly distribute the workload and allow for better balancing with reduced vibrations. The counterweights are distributed on balancing discs and not welded to the rotor. The frame is characterized by a boxed structure with two separate beams, one in the front part and another in the upper part in order to guarantee the best weight-to-rigidity ratio. Other features such as the tubular slides, the support roller with bolted flanges, belt transmission with idler pulley place the MKD series at the top of professional shredders.
