The special auger, combined with the particular shape of the bowl, the large contrasts and the special toothed saber knives, optimizes the cutting of fibrous products. Extremely thick bottom and walls and high-resistance square cells in stainless steel for the weighing system characterize the series. Complete unloading of the mixture is considerably facilitated by the particular shape of the auger and the 2-speed gearbox, standard on the entire California range.
