P.ID by FLORIDA It is a modern line of extremely versatile mounted sprayers and suitable, according to the applications, for working in open field crops, for spraying and for inter-row weeding. The numerous mechanical and hydraulic inter-row booms available, together with the various applications, options and accessories, allow the P.ID sprayers to be customized according to the needs of individual users and the treatments to be performed.
STANDARD EQUIPMENT:
• Polyethylene tank with capacity from 200 to 1000 litres.
• Hot galvanized frame.
• Diaphragm pump.
• 20 bar 4-way volumetric control unit with suction, general opening/closing lever and discharge regulators for pumps up to 160 l/min. Isometric pressure gauge Ø63.
• 3-way control unit for high pressure pumps (two-way for APS 41 and AR 403 pumps).
• External suction filter with check valve.
• Hydraulic agitator of the liquid in the tank.
• Clean hand washing water tank.
• Circuit washing device (even with full tank for tanks greater than or equal to 400 l).
• External level tube with graduated scale.
• Tank emptying valve.
• Without bar.

Norms
All sprayers comply with CE regulations concerning safety and health protection; they also comply with other European standards on safety and environmental protection.
Tank
- Actual capacity 5% higher than the nominal capacity.
- Quantity of residual liquid in a flat position and with an inclination of ± 10% lower than the limits established by current regulations.
Pumps
Characteristics of the pumps available:
- Low pressure membrane, flow rate from 60 to 160 litres/minute, maximum pressure 20 bar;
- High pressure membrane, flow rate from 40 to 120 litres/minute, maximum pressure 40/50 bar;
- High pressure pistons, flow rate from 90 to 120 litres/minute, maximum pressure 50 bar.
Bars
