Side gears
Bevel gears and PTO clutches reduce the need for gear maintenance and make the transmission more reliable than chain drive.
Removable stalk shredders
Each shredder is equipped with large diameter steel discs with tungsten carbide blades, mounted in the central rear position and connected directly to the harvest drive gearbox. The shredders can be removed using pliers or a screwdriver.
Chain tension adjustment
The harvest chain tension is adjusted using a simple and strong screw system, which guarantees reliability in all working conditions.
Adjustable blades
The four hinged, adjustable steel blades have tungsten carbide blades. They are securely bolted for easy maintenance.
Collection rollers
The rollers are supported at the front and equipped with spiral stalk rollers, ensuring smooth and even collection of stalks. The scraper blade prevents grass from wrapping around the roller.
