• Description
Tank made with a double-walled VERTICAL AXIS, approved and compliant with the DECREE of 22 November 2017 of the MINISTRY OF THE INTERIOR (GU n.285 of 6-12-****) PATENTED IN 27 COUNTRIES.
• The double wall functions as an external safety tank and is totally hermetic to the primary tank (with 110% volume)
Made of S235JR carbon steel with 1st choice certified materials and 3 mm thick.
• TECHNICAL FEATURES :
Manhole Ø 400 mm. bolted with oil-proof gasket and galvanized nuts and bolts with 3″ loading pipe with brass ring nut and bayonet cap, Atex approved, padlockable; vent pipe with Atex approved flame arrestor terminal in brass; 3″ approved 90% load limiting valve.
Upper safety trap capable of conveying any product spills into the cavity complete with hinged and lockable lid.
Visual indicator placed on the external wall to monitor the possible presence of diesel in the cavity.
Ball valve in the lower part with padlockable closure for periodic emptying of the cavity.
Bottom drain with safety cap for any periodic cleaning.
Access steps at the manhole for comfortable and safe access when refueling.
Lifting eyebolts for empty tank handling.
Support crosspieces for handling with forklift.
Painted in double layer (dark green bottom and finish) with specific products for outdoor use.

• CUBE 70 MC dispensing system:
diesel dispenser for private use, usable only by authorized personnel capable of managing up to 50 users.
Equipped with self-priming pump with built-in by-pass, NOMINAL FLOW RATE 70 lt/min (V 230), PULSER liter counter with pulse emitter (1% accuracy), automatic gun with swivel connection and mt. 4 of flexible fuel hoses.
Electronic control unit with keyboard and display for entering codes, local memory of the last (255) dispensings, management of date, time, liters dispensed, vehicle license plate and km.
USB downloader and original PC software in WEB EDITION*** version to print out the dispensing.

***The PC on which the software will be installed must have a permanent internet connection (license check every 5 days). The license can be used on 1 PC for a single installation.

– CE compliant electrical system complete with emergency button and key for dispensing operation,
– ELECTRONIC LEVEL INDICATOR with backlit display capable of managing the minimum level (interrupting dispensing) and signaling the maximum filling level once the 90% limit has been exceeded. => Indicates with precision (+/- 1%) the level of diesel in the tank which can be displayed in millimetres, in liters or in % of the total volume; maximum and/or minimum level values can be set, upon reaching which the alarm is displayed or external lights or sound alarms are activated.; continuously updates the reading, automatically compensating for variations in temperature or atmospheric pressure.
Under the DISPENSER there is a welded safety container capable of recovering any leaks and channeling them into the cavity of the tank.
