• Description :
The double wall acts as an external safety tank, it is totally hermetic to the primary tank (with volume at 110%)
Made of S235JR carbon steel with 1st choice certified materials and 3 mm thick.
• TECHNICAL FEATURES :
Ø 400 mm manhole. bolted with anti-oil gasket and galvanized nuts and bolts with 3″ inlet pipe with ring nut and brass bayonet cap, Atex approved, padlockable; vent pipe with Atex approved flame arrester terminal in brass; approved 3″ 90% load limiting valve.
Upper safety well capable of conveying any product spills into the interspace complete with hinged and padlockable lid.
Visual indicator placed on the external wall to monitor the possible presence of diesel in the cavity.
Ball valve in the lower part with padlockable closure for periodic emptying of the cavity.
Bottom drain with safety cap for periodic cleaning.
Access steps to the manhole for comfortable and safe access during refueling.
Lifting eyebolts for handling with empty tank.
Support crossbars for handling with forklift.
Painted in double layer (primer and dark green finish) with specific products for outdoor use.

***The PC on which the software will be installed must have a permanent internet connection (license check every 5 days). The license can be used on 1 PC for a single installation.

– electrical system compliant with CE standards complete with emergency button and key for dispensing activation,
– ELECTRONIC LEVEL INDICATOR with backlit display capable of managing the minimum level (interrupting delivery) and signaling the maximum filling level once the 90% limit has been exceeded. => Indicates with precision (+/- 1%) the diesel level in the tank which can be viewed in millimetres, in liters or as a % of the total volume; the maximum and/or minimum level values can be set, once they are reached the alarm is shown on the display or external lights or sound alarms are activated.; continuously updates the reading, automatically compensating for changes in temperature or barometric pressure.
Under the REGULATOR there is a sealed, welded safety container capable of recovering any leaks and conveying them into the interspace of the tank.
