With a single pass to cultivate, sow and mix, our machine reduces stress on the soil and exploits the natural resources already present.
Furthermore, the possibility of easily adjusting the depth and the ability to distribute the seed precisely even at high speeds, allows the operator to adapt the disc seeder to the specific needs of different crops and different soil conditions, thus further increasing operational efficiency.

MINIMUM TILLAGE
To meet the new needs in terms of sustainability and efficiency of natural and economic resources, FALCO – SEED was conceived and designed with a view to conservative agriculture and therefore intended for the minimum tillage technique.
Minimum tillage is a soil processing system that minimizes soil disturbance. From a geological point of view, this approach helps to preserve the soil structure, limiting erosion and improving the soil's ability to retain water. This is particularly important in soils subject to erosion and desertification.
From an agronomic point of view, minimum tillage allows to maintain organic matter and promote soil biodiversity. This approach not only improves soil fertility in the long term, but also allows a reduction in the use of chemical fertilizers. Our new FALCO – SEED supports minimum tillage by reducing the number of passes on the ground, promoting more efficient and sustainable agriculture.

PATENT APPLICATION FILED
The FALCO-SEED seed drill disc mounts a series of innovative independent bodies that activate a simultaneous distribution system for both seeds and fertilizers (Patent Application Filed). This unique configuration also allows to effectively sow and mix soil and seed ensuring immediate, homogeneous coverage rich in natural resources. On all our independent bodies, sealed bearings are mounted, made with a protective cover closure of the bearing itself, to prevent dust and other microparticles from seizing the hub (Patent Application Filed). The same bearing provides the possibility (according to the operator's needs) of periodic greasing of the bearing, for a much longer service life than the currently commercially available (Patent Application Filed).

ISOBUS SYSTEM
FALCO-SEED (in the integrated version), is equipped with an ISOBUS electronic system.
The ISOBUS system is an international communication standard between tractors, agricultural implements and other devices, which allows perfect interoperability between machines from different manufacturers. ISOBUS ensures that the seeder can communicate and exchange data with the tractor in a uniform and compatible way, using a single control terminal in the cabin. This will allow you to:
Control the distribution of seeds precisely and automatically, reducing errors and waste;
Monitor parameters such as seeding speed, depth, density and flow of seeds;
Obtain real-time data on the performance of the machine, facilitating the management and optimization of work;
Simplify the management and diagnosis of faults or malfunctions through a standardized interface;
Monitor the operational safety status of the machinery, reducing the risk of accidents and damage to both the machinery and the operator.

RESULTS
Quality surface leveling, perfect crushing of clods, precise seed placement and reverse compaction in a single pass, allowing savings on labor costs, fuel and machine maintenance.
