Any plant cultures can be processed on RBS grain cleaners. For each culture, an appropriate set of sieves is adjusted and aspiration settings are selected (if there is an aspirator). Depending on the culture, the machine's performance will change. The passport performance of the RBS cleaner is indicated according to the cleaning of wheat with a specific gravity of 760 kg/m3.
RBS grain cleaners have a durable body, which consists of steel panels painted with powder enamel. But the main advantage of RBS separators is the simple drum drive. This type of drive reduces the level of noise and vibration during operation, eliminates torque losses during transfer.
The aspirator allows to separate light impurities and dust from the grain before it reaches the sieve drum. Reducing the content of small impurities in the grain allows to reduce the number of used seed sieves and replace them with walk-through ones, which will significantly increase the efficiency of the machine. In addition, not all garbage and impurities can be separated on sieves. For example, the shell can only be separated by an air stream.
